JOB VACANCY

HUMAN CAPITAL ANALSYT for HUMAN CAPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM

Job Description :

  • Provide HC System Solutions.
  • Analyze Application Requirement from HC Users.
  • Develop & Monitoring HC Applications.
  • Monitoring HC Servers.
  • Analyze and simplify HC Systems.
  • Provide Report Data (HC Dashboard) about employee, systems and etc.
  • Maintain Vulnerability HC Systems (IT Security Period Checking).

Requirement :

  • Male / Female with max. age 28 years old
  • Holds min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale) with major in Information Technology (Computer Engineering, System Information).
  • Holds min. 4 years experiences in web development, mobile application development (android), and application / IT security.
  • Holds min. 5 Portfolios Projects (Web, Security and Android Mobile Development).
  • Good command in English, both oral and written.
  • Able to work individually and in a team and able to work with tight deadline under low supervision.
  • Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport’s Office Area.

HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYST
(for HC Planning, Performance, & Reward Unit)

Job Description : 

  • Providing analysis and recommendation of HC Policy in one or more functional Area including but not limited to: Employee Productivity, Man Power Planning, Business Process Outsourcing, Performance Management System and Compensation and Benefits Policy. If needed may participate in the implementation of such programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HC Policy and recommend changes as appropriate
  • Prepare periodic and/or special report relevant to the function
  • Participate in Compensation & Benefits Survey

Requirements:

  • Male with max. age 27 years old
  • Holds min. Bachelor Degree from reputable state or overseas university with min GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale). Preferably from Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistic and Finance.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply, more preferable candidate with 1 – 2 years experiences in Compensation & Benefits
  • Good command in English, both oral and written
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel functions.

Legal Advisor

Job Description : 

  • Providing analysis and reporting to Management regarding Company’s compliance with any prevailing regulations
  • Preparing , analyzing and evaluating Company’s decree (Surat Keputusan) to be complied with law and regulations in timely manner
  • Providing analysis and reporting to Management to support the company’s business regarding new regulation which affects any relevant units
  • Providing legal advice and legal drafting to Management, including but not limited attending to courts for litigation practices
  • Maintaining good relationship and coordination with government in order to update and to implement new regulations.

Requirements:

  • Male with max. age 27 years old
  • Holds min. Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable state or overseas university with min GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Minimum 1 years experiences in Law Firm or Company with good knowledge and exposure in legal drafting, corporate law, corporate secretary, aviation law, business law, anti-trust law and international law
  • Good command in English, both oral and written
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work individually and in a team and able to work with tight deadline
  • Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport’s Office Area
