Sebagai agen tunggal pemegang merek Suzuki (sole agent) adalah PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor ( PT. SIM ) dan distributor tunggal (sole distributor ) adalah PT. Suzuki Indomobil Sales ( PT. SIS ). Untuk memasarkan produk Suzuki, distributor Suzuki, distributor tunggal dibantu oleh ribuan dealer yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.

As a response to the global transformation and to extend our perspectives in Suzuki’s Business Growth, We are searching for a high competent individual to be part of our organization growth for the following position : 

1. DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Requirements: 
  • Maximum 25 years old 
  • Hold a minimum Diploma degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy / Design Product with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university 
  • Have technical skills in Design Analysis, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and Studio Tools 
  • Good analytical skills 
  • Self motivated, result oriented 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Able to work in team or independently 
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a must

2. System Control and Vendor Development 
Role: 
  • Ensure the implementation of vendor audit activities 
  • Conduct vendor or supplier assessment 
  • Control vendor improvement activities, ensure the activities meet standard and target.

Requirements
  • Maximum 26 years old 
  • Hold minimum a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 
  • Have minimum 1 year working experiences in similar position, preferably in manufacture 
  • Familiar with vendor audit 
  • Able to read technical drawing, compile planning and improvement 
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 
  • Good communication skills and team work 
  • Multitasking, detail oriented and self motivated 
  • Computer Literacy (Ms Office) ï‚· Fluent in English (both spoken & written) 

3. Procurement
Role: 
  • Monitor material supply and shipment to support production process 
  • Handling purchasing activities 
  • Maintain supplier database 

Requirements
  • Maximum 27 years old 
  • Hold minimum a Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with GPA min. 3.00 from reputable university 
  • Have minimum 2 years working experiences in Procurement area will be advantages 
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply 
  • Have Basic Autocad skill 
  • Understand drawing part and pricing 
  • Skill in planning and controlling 
  • Good communication skills and team work 
  • Multitasking, detail oriented and self motivated 
  • Computer literacy (Ms Office) 
  • Fluent in English (both spoken & written) 

4. Service and Spare part Staff 
Role : 
  • Ensure achievement of service and spare part target 
  • Develop and monitor service and spare part activities 

Requirements
  • Maximum 30 years old 
  • Hold minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Management from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 
  • Have minimum 1 year working experiences in similar position, preferably in automotive industries 
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply 
  • Able to manage data and compile work plan
  • Familiar with automotive spare part business process will be advantages 
  • Able to read technical drawing 
  • Good communication skills and team work 
  • Multitasking, detail oriented and self motivated 
  • Computer Literacy (Ms Office) 
  • Fluent in English (both spoken & written) 
  • Have a valid driving license (SIM A)
